Over the past year, I have been very fortunate to be part of the SM kids fashion family . It all started when I was asked by my mentor Ms. Patty Betita to be a member of her Style Council in 2012, I was the only kid at 12 years old. This was followed by a modeling stint for the ‘Crazy for Colors’ launch, then to my delight I was chosen to be part of their Philippine Fashion Week Fashion Show. I have always been a fashion enthusiast. Watching Project Runway, America’s Next Top Model, and looking at fashion magazines was such a thrill. Being very young, the fashion industry dictated that there was no place for me yet. I thought to myself, that’s unfair! Nonetheless, that did not hinder me from diving deeper into the fast-paced, creative and exciting world of fashion. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that SM kids Fashion will give me the opportunity to experience all these amazing things first hand.
