Have you ever been to a place where you can honestly call it your second home? I have. I’ve always been a frequent customer of the Posh Nails hand and foot spa. Since I was 3 years old I would frequent this place. I always look forward to my visits as I love the bubbles that reach up your knees. When I turned 6, I had my birthday party there. During that time, “sparties” were not so common, so my friends and I had a one of a kind girls beauty day. Up to now, all of us have not forgotten how pretty and glamorous we were on that special day.
I was invited to a day of pampering together with three friends Allyzza, Ysabela and Tita Patty a few weeks back. When I got there, it just felt like home in an instant. For one, the place reminded me of my room with just the leopard prints and purple details added, it’s so pink! I don’t know if it’s just me, but bright colors always make me happy. But more than the ambiance, it was the that thing inside me that gave me a relaxed and comfortable feeling.
There were new treatments available. Tita Patty and I tried the mango mandarin treatment and while Allyzza and Ysabela tried the lemon twist which are both themed services. They were all presented to us differently which kept things more interesting. I kept on giggling when the nail technician applied the scrub on my feet because if you know me, I get tickled easily. 🙂 The cream, a smoother texture, was applied after and in Allyzza’s words, “It feels like mayonnaise!”
After our scrubs, I was introduced to the new gel nail polish which is quite popular at Posh Nails. It lasts for about two to three weeks and it dries instantly by using Ultra-Violet light. They recommend this type of nail polish to customers like me who are not fond of changing their nail polish every week. I give you my word it stayed on for such a long time which is perfect because I always end up having chipped nail polish when using normal ones. Tita patty went for the gel nail polish as well while Ysabela and Allyzza opted to have the classic or normal nail polish as we call it.
To be honest I tried so many nail service spas including home service nails spas. But I always go back to Posh Nails, I love it there and it just simply feels like home. Even before I could understand what pampering meant, I was already getting it from Posh Nails. For 10 years now, I have been going there and through the years it just keeps getting better and better. I look forward to new and exciting treatments and pampering each time. To this date I have to say Posh Nails has never let me down. I grew up as a Posh Nails Baby and I will continue to do so. From simply bubbles on my feet at 3, nail art at 6, regular manicure and pedicure at 10, now at 13 gel nail polish. I know exactly where to go if I’m feeling extra feminine and want the perfect mani-pedi. There’s no question why I always go there. I certainly recommend visiting Posh Nails if you’re up for a girls day out, there’s nothing like it.
High fives and a shout out to all Posh Nails Babies out there!
