With 7107, the Philippines was bound to have incredible islands. You may already know of Boracay and Cebu, but Palawan has slowly been increasing in popularity. Our family decided to go Pangulasian Island Resort to explore the sea life in El Nido.
Look at how cute our boarding passes were 🙂
Upon arrival, we were given an eco-checklist to see if we could spot any of the wild life both in water and on land. Throughout our stay, we saw quite a few sea creatures but not much land animals. Apparently, there are quite a few monkeys on the island and we saw some birds too. Pangulasian helps you schedule your trip, and you can go anywhere in El Nido with the help of the staff. Everyone is so friendly!
Out of the four types, we got to stay at the beach villa. So that meant we had a great beach view. Also, villa 15 is very close to the pool! The villa was so spacious, especially the bathroom. They even have built in speakers so you can listen to your music. But that’s not even the best part- the resort gives you an endless supply of really good cookies, you just have to ask.
This building is where we eat breakfast and dinner. Besides the restaurant, there’s also a library, a lounge area and a shop. Their pastries are great by the way 🙂
Some of the activities you can do at the resort alone include swimming, snorkeling, paddle boarding, kayaking, hobie cat and hiking. Snorkeling right by the resort is tremendous because there are so many corals and sea creatures. But there are so many great snorkeling spots around El Nido too.
Is it just me, or does the sunset remind you of cotton candy? 🙂
See more of El Nido in my next few posts! ‘Til next time 🙂
