I was glad to know that Bruno Mars was coming to the Philippines yet again as part of his Moonshine Jungle tour. I’ve been hearing so many good things about his performances and everyone told me that he’s a great singer live. What’s different about Bruno is the fact that people from different age gaps love his songs. For example, theres me and my dad. When in the same car, he plays his songs on the speaker and I plug-in my ear phones. Bruno’s songs are probably the only ones we both like :).
So my awesome concert buddies came with me yet again- Ysabela, Bettina and Alex. And it wasn’t only us- my brothers, parents and auntie went too! I find it more enjoyable when you’re with a large group of people. You can all dance crazily and sing along loudly together! There’s another thing I found different about Bruno’s performance, you dance differently compared to other concerts. Not to mention the band, and how their dance steps were synchronized while playing their instruments. Seems pretty tricky if you ask me.
He did a drum solo! 🙂
Now here’s something about the stage, it looked pretty simple f you ask me. All black, a few platforms and an LED screen behind. It was in one of his first songs where there was a huge explosion that shocked all of us. And towards the end there was fire and a lot of sparks. The lighting and effects were brilliant.
Im still surprised myself by how many music events I got to be able to go to this year, and its only april. So thanks mom and dad for allowing me! The moonshine jungle shoots straight up to the top of my list. He really does sing good live! And whoa he’s short haha. Well it’s our spring break in a few days so hopefully i’ll be able to write a bit more. An outfit post maybe? Have a great day everyone!
